  • Domestic Customers (India): BYOL™ will cover the shipping charges for returns.
  • International Customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Opening Video Requirement: Customers must provide an uncut, unedited video of the parcel opening, as per our shipping and verification guidelines. This video helps document any damage or mismatch in the order. No return or exchange will be processed without this video proof.

Review & Process

  • Once the video and details are received, our quality team will review the case.
  • After approval, customers may choose between a replacement or a return.
  • Returns are typically processed within 7-10 working days after the returned product is received and verified by our team.

Refund Policy Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is incorrect.
  • The product delivered is damaged.

Steps to Initiate a Refund

  1. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of product delivery.
  2. Domestic Customers (India): No additional shipping charges apply.
  3. International Customers: Processing fees and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
