Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, let us know within 5 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right - through a replacement, exchange, or refund. Yes. Custom orders, used products, and items returned without their original packaging cannot be returned or refunded. Products that are not damaged or defective on arrival are also considered final sale.

Domestic orders within India are typically delivered in 6-8 business days after order processing. International orders take around 10-12 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. If an item is out of stock, an additional 10-15 days may be needed for production. You'll receive an email with your tracking ID and AWB number once your order ships.

All BYOL™ products are proudly made in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh - India's historic hub for lock manufacturing. We work closely with skilled local craftsmen to ensure every product meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. For returns and exchanges, domestic shipping charges are covered by BYOL™. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
